Flexischools Supplier Promotional Terms

Entry in this competition is only available to attendees of the ASBA NSW Chapter 2026 Conference, held in Warwick Farm on 13 to 15 July 2026 (Conference), who are:

• aged 18+

• visit the Flexischools at the Conference and select a FlexiTAG at random

• scan the FlexiTAG on the FlexiPOS device at the Flexischools stand

• agree to provide their name and email address to Flexischools to receive their prize and so that Flexischools may contact them for the purpose of promoting the Flexischools services (Eligible Entrant).

Eligible Entrants will be notified of the prize they have won instantly. Each Eligible Entrant may only claim one prize.
Promotion is a game of chance, skill plays no part.
Prizes are egift cards of varying values ($10, $15, $20 & $50) which will be delivered by email.

There are 75 prizes available in total, and Flexischools, in its sole discretion will determine the number of prizes that will be available on each day of the Conference.

Flexischools ASBAQ 2026 attendee competition 

Entry in this competition is only available to attendees of the ASBAQ 2026 Conference, held in Mackay on 3 -5 June 2026 (Conference), who are aged 18+ (Eligible Entrant). 

To enter, Eligible Entrants must be one of the first 40 people to  

• meet with the Flexischools representative at the event,  

• participate in a 5-minute Flexischools FlexiPOS demonstration, and  

• complete the entry form which will be provided following the FlexiPOS demonstration and requires agreement to being contacted by Flexischools for marketing purposes (Entry Criteria). 

Prizes will be awarded to the first 40 Eligible Entrants who meet the Entry Criteria. 

Each Eligible Entrant may only claim one prize.

P&Cs QLD Members Offer (2026) 

This offer is available to the first 10 P&Cs Qld P&C Associations, that: 

• switch their P&C-operated tuckshop to use Flexischools, from another online ordering platform and use Flexischools for their online Tuckshop ordering and payments; and, 

• run a school fundraising event using their new Flexischools service, 

• before 30 September 2026.  

(a “Qualifying P&C Association”). 

Examples of school fundraising events include but are not limited to, Mother’s or Father’s Day stalls, school disco or trivia night ticket sales, accepting ‘gold coin’ donations. 

Flexischools will pay $500 into the Qualifying P&C Association’s bank account that has been nominated in the Flexischools portal to receive payment for the fundraising event sales (“Flexischools Donation”).

This offer is only available to existing Flexischools customers.  Your referee must be a new, or returning, school customer and be based in Australia. Your referral must be successful for you to receive the gift card. By ‘successful’, we mean that the referee must sign up their school to use Flexischools for online ordering and/or student card payments, and the first Flexischools transaction must be processed by the referee. If your referral is ‘successful’, you will be sent a $250 prepaid card within 30 days of referral’s first transaction date.

This offer is only available to selected, new Flexischools customers who sign up to use Flexischools during Term 3 2025.
